1. Contact Customer Service to request return/exchange details. Email: cpen@cpentoy.com
2. You will receive an email notification once your request is approved
3. The customer packs the product and ships it back.
4. After we receive the product, we will process the refund or exchange for you.
# Full-Coverage Return & Exchange Policy
The following situations are covered by our 30-day Full-Coverage Return & Exchange Policy (we will bear the return shipping fees and exchange fees):
1. We shipped the wrong order or product
2. You received a damaged product
3. The received product has quality issues
# Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Situations
The following situations are **not** covered by our 30-day return & exchange policy, and we shall not be liable for these issues:
1. Products that exceed the return/exchange processing time limit (30 days after the order is signed for)
2. Products with signs of use
3. Products damaged due to misuse, improper operation, or poor maintenance
4. Products for which the customer selected the wrong size
5. Return/exchange requests due to personal reasons such as personal preference or change of mind
6. Partial return or exchange of products from a set is not accepted
# Precautions for Return & Exchange
1. Products to be returned or exchanged must remain in a brand-new, unused state and retain their original condition as you received them>
2. Coupon codes expire after use and cannot be restored after return or exchange> 
3. For returns, please contact us by sending an email to cpen@cpentoy.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Products returned without our prior return approval will not be processed>
