# Return & Exchange Policy Compliant with EU Regulations
## Return & Exchange Service Procedure
1. If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and submit a return or exchange request, please contact customer service at cpen@cpentoy.com for assistance.
2. Once your application is approved, we will send you an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions via email.
3. Please pack the goods properly as instructed and ship them back to the designated return warehouse in China via compliant international couriers.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with EU laws.

## Full-Coverage Return & Exchange Policy
You are entitled to free full refunds or exchanges with all round-trip shipping and replacement fees borne by us if any of the following seller-liable circumstances occur:
1. Errors on our part such as wrong orders, incorrect items or missing accessories delivered;
2. Goods arrive damaged in transit or with cosmetic defects upon receipt;
3. Factory defects, functional malfunctions or other non-artificial quality issues inherent to the products.

## Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Situations (Permitted under EU Legislation)
Important Notice: Your statutory 14-day cooling-off period right of unconditional return shall not be restricted by the clauses below. The following only apply to applications submitted after the cooling-off period expires and will never override your legal right of withdrawal.

We reserve the right to reject returns, exchanges and compensations for orders that fall into the categories below and are submitted after the statutory 14-day cooling-off period without valid quality defects:
1. Applications submitted after the 14-day cooling-off period with no verifiable product quality issues;
2. Goods bearing excessive signs of wear, scratches or stains beyond reasonable inspection that hinder resale;
3. Damage caused by improper use, incorrect operation, unauthorised modification or inadequate maintenance by the buyer;
4. Orders where you selected the wrong size or specification and the cooling-off period has expired;
5. Applications solely based on personal preference, dissatisfaction or change of mind submitted after the cooling-off period;
6. Partial returns or exchanges of bundled sets are not accepted when there are no quality issues and the cooling-off period has expired.

## Precautions for Returns & Exchanges
1. Statutory reasonable inspection exception: Unpacking and reasonable trial use to check the nature, function and specifications of goods during the 14-day cooling-off period will not invalidate your unconditional return right. We may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund for excessive use that results in depreciation of the product value in compliance with EU rules.
2. Voucher policy: Coupons that have been redeemed cannot be reinstated or reissued after a return or exchange if they have expired or been used up. This clause complies with EU fair consumer standards.
3. RMA mandatory requirement: All returns must apply for an official RMA number via email in advance. We reserve the right to refuse delivery and processing of parcels returned without prior RMA approval. All associated shipping risks and costs shall be borne solely by you.
4. Policy revision: We reserve the right to update and revise this policy in line with EU legislation. Any revisions will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
5. Priority of consumer rights: Your statutory 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal and free return/exchange entitlement for defective products shall prevail over all general clauses herein. No provision of this policy may supersede mandatory EU consumer protection legislation.
